3. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we work diligently to maximize your claim settlement, we cannot guarantee specific results. The final payout is determined by your insurance company.

4. Fees & Payment

Our fees are based on a percentage of the final settlement and are only due upon successful claim resolution. Details will be outlined in our service agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pillar Adjusting is not responsible for:

• Denied claims or delays caused by the insurance company.
• Misrepresentation of information by the policyholder.
• Any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the claims process.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share personal data without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services at any time, subject to the terms outlined in the service agreement. Fees may still apply for work completed before termination.
